Why we made it For racing and training year-round, the DYORA RS Rain Jacket checks all the right boxes. Fully waterproof, it's built with our lab-developed, race-proven 3L Schloss Tex and taped-seam construction. Unlike most membrane-backed laminates, Schloss is highly breathable and stretchy, as it's a house-developed textile we developed strictly for high-output efforts in the saddle. From there we cut each panel to mirror the body on the bike for a trim, layer-friendly race fit. Just 170g, the jacket also stows in a rear pocket in the same unobtrusive manner as those paper-thin wind shells. Other details include the taped wrists and neck to minimize friction, along with rear pocket slots that give you access to your jersey pockets beneath. The double-slider zipper features easy-to-grab pulls, giving you the option to ventilate from the top or bottom. Rounding out the shell is our waterBlock hem that sheds water and provides a stay-put fit, and the bold reflective rear panel Reflex strip adds visibility from the rear for low-light conditions.

To ensure that your chest stays fully protected from rain, road spray, biting winds, and low temps, we constructed the upper front panel from a softshell material with a bonded membrane. To protect exterior areas exposed to the cold, we added a touch of insulation along the abdominal and upper back panels. What you might appreciate most however, is our rear Pocket Slot system, which enables you to reach your jersey or jacket pockets underneath.
